• You must provide references or detailed description of character/illustration you want. (Google docs of your character reference is OK too just send it to me)

• I will start working with initial sketch once I received the 50% down payment or full payment.

  • If you choose to down payment, you must fullfil the remaining balance after the approved sketch.

  • You may ask for revision (max of 2) in sketching but once I've started with lineart process I cannot change it anymore.

• I will only accept commission payments thru PayPal (international) via PayPal Invoice and PayMaya/GCash (Philippines) upon discussing.

• I will finish the commission within 1~4 weeks, 6 weeks maximum if schedule is busy.

• WIPs (work in progress) is available upon request, don't hesitate to ask.

• I will not refund, except for when I know I cannot finish your commission.

• I will not accept commission to imitate other artist's style.

• I have the right to use commission pieces for promotion purposes. If you want NDA, discuss it to me beforehand.

• Commissioned piece is just for the personal use of the commissioner only. Please do NOT claim, edit, trace, modify or alter the piece in any way. 

• For a commercial use and full copyright transfer of the commissioned piece we can discuss it, don't hesitate to ask!

COMMISSION PROCESS

1. Communicate with me via Discord/Twitter DM/Email.

2. Once we have communicated and received the down/full payment, I will immediately start with the initial sketch.

3. I will reach out to you once I am done with the initial sketch for any possible revision.

4. Once we're ok with the sketch, I will proceed finishing it up (Once I start with line art I will not do any more revisions).

5. When the final full resolution piece is finished, I will contact you and it will be sent out to your email provided.
